The Kingdom of God!

 

Chapter 120

 

Father our prayer today is that you illuminate our heart and minds and open our ears so that we as a family of the most high God may understand what is happening, both in the spirit world and in the world we live in, so that we might be involved in the tearing down of the strongholds of the devil. Amen!

 

There is so much going on in the spirit world and in the natural world that we live in and especially the United States of America! We as the children of God must be awaken to what is actually going on behind the scenes of our government and stand up and take authority over the evil that is in our government.

 

We are living in a time spoken of in the Old Testament and many of the prophecies of old are coming to pass in our generation. The prophets are speaking and telling us what the Lord has shown them. We are a chosen generation that the Lord is going to use to bring about the greatest revival the world has ever known. His Spirit is being poured out even as on the Day of Pentecost.

 

Our God is alive and soon all the world will be flooded with His glory. You can be part of this great outpouring if you will just be willing to allow the Holy Spirit to guide you.

 

If you are following the network news programs, it looks like the world is going to Hell in a hand basket. However, if you will get involved with ministries that are going into all the nations you will find out that there is a great movement of Christians in all of these nations. Right now, they are underground but there is a revolution taking place in all these nations and when the Lord gives the authority to go ahead, they will throw out the present rulers of their governments and establish a new government based on the Word of God.

 

Praise God that there are Churches in our nation that are standing up and allowing their voices to be heard. Christians numbering in the millions are involved in fighting the Spiritual battle to stop the agenda of the devil. There are many in our government that have bowed their knees to the god of mammon and are, either deceived or have intentionally become tools in the hands of evil spirits. You are about to see the Spirit of the Lord deal with these people and even as Jesus cleansed the temple, He will deal with them.

 

May I encourage you to get involved in this great movement of the Lord. Even if your church isn't involved in fighting this Spiritual warfare you can get involved in your community as the Spirit leads you. If you are willing, He will open doors of opportunity for you to become involved.

 

You are precious in the eyes of the Lord, and He is waiting to use you to be the salvation of many in your community. We are the Church, and it takes all of us to accomplish the will of our Father. Jesus said in Matt. 16:18,

 

"That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it"

 

All that hell has to offer is no obstacle to the power of the Church! Paul said in Eph. 1:15-23,

 

"Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And has put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fulness of him that fills all in all"

 

Brethren,we have been given the authority of the Name of Jesus to overcome the evil one and that we can do if we will stand up declare what His Word says. When we do that, we place ourselves in agreement with the Lord and there is no power in the universe that can defeat us. We need to lay aside our differences and lock hands and the enemy will not be able to defeat us. Joel 2:1-11 (NIV) says,

 

"Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill. Let all who live in the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming. It is close at hand;a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness. Like dawn spreading across the mountains a large and mighty army comes, such as never was in ancient times nor ever will be in ages to come.

 

Before them fire devours, behind them a flame blazes. Before them the land is like the garden of Eden, behind them, a desert waste; nothing escapes them. They have the appearance of horses; they gallop along like cavalry. With a noise like that of chariots they leap over the mountaintops, like a crackling fire consuming stubble, like a mighty army drawn up for battle. At the sight of them, nations are in anguish; every face turns pale. They charge like warriors; they scale walls like soldiers. They all march in line, not swerving from their course. They do not jostle each other; each marches straight ahead. They plunge through defenses without breaking ranks.

 

They rush upon the city; they run along the wall. They climb into the houses; like thieves they enter through the windows. Before them the earth shakes, the heavens tremble, the sun and moon are darkened, and the stars no longer shine. The LORD thunders at the head of his army; his forces are beyond number, and mighty is the army that obeys his command. The day of the LORD is great; it is dreadful. Who can endure it?"

 

That great army of the Lord is the Church and Jesus is at the head of this army and we can't be defeated. Jesus said in Matt. 28:18, (NIV)

 

"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me."

 

Therefore, we cannot be defeated because all of heaven is backing us! My prayer for you today is that you be encouraged and get involved in this warfare! We live in a time that has been spoken about throughout the Bible and our eyes will see the greatest movement of God that this world has ever known. Not only millions of people will come to know the Lord Jesus Christ but NATIONS will come to Him!
